TARA HANLEY, Vice President
Tara Hanley, Vice President and co-creator of Psychology of
Communication, teaches people the methodology of Psychology of
Communication through presentations, workshops and one-on-one
interaction. Ms. Hanley’s background in psychology, management,
counseling and mediation brings an expertise to this work providing a
unique and clear approach to the art of communication. She works with
corporations, managers, employees, and individuals in development in
the following areas: better leadership, increased efficiency, employee
retention, increased profitability; reduced time/energy on conflict,
improved client/customer relations and employee relations. Ms. Hanley
holds a Masters in Psychological Services and Counseling, is certified
in the American Management Association Core Management Skills
and has a Bachelors of Arts in Behavioral Sciences.

DALILA ADAMS, President
Dalila Adams,
President of Psychology of Communication,
joins with Ms. Hanley teaching people the methodology of Psychology
of Communication through presentations, workshops and one-on-one
interaction. Ms. Adams
has taught and coached individuals and groups on conscious communication
for the past six years and has had great success in improving
both personal and business relationships. She has also facilitated
many conflict resolution workshops. Ms. Adams has a background
as a litigation case manager, holds a paralegal degree from Georgetown
University, is a Doctor of Naturopathy, and has a vast knowledge,
education and experience in quantum physics, meditation, and eastern
culture philosophies.
